How
Can We Help You?
- Artists
- Are you an artist in need of legal advice? We may be
able to refer you to one of our volunteer pro-bono attorneys.
Our volunteer attorneys can give you brief advice over
the phone, via fax, or, if you qualify, have an attorney
take on your entire case.
- Arts
Organizations
- In addition to providing referrals to volunteer
pro bono attorneys who can help with your organization’s
legal issues, you can also schedule us to give lectures
on a variety of legal topics critical to New Jersey artists.
- Topics include:
- Copyright Law
- An Overview of Intellectual Property
- Landlord Tenant
Law
- Legal Issues for Filmmakers
- …and we are continually
adding more

- Needs Survey
- Tell us your needs. NJVLA depends upon the arts
community to keep us informed of its legal needs. If
there is an area in which you think we should direct our
efforts, please fill out a needs survey and send it back to us.
NJVLA has collated the data provided by New Jersey artists and arts and cultural organizations during the Needs Assessment Survey.
